Any changes must be reported at least 24 hours in advance during our opening hours

(Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm, excluding public holidays) to avoid charges.

Acceptable methods

• Landline (call or voice message) or E-mail.

• Cancellation via WhatsApp message is not possible.
